How to Cultivate a Positive Mindset for Self Improvement.

Everyone has the choice about the mindset they choose in the moment. Often times we’re stuck in the habitual negative mindset with worries, frustrations, anger, and so on. But those heavy negative feelings and emotions really bring us down and can cause physical ailments such as headaches, muscle tension, heart problems and a lower immune system.

You create your life with your mindset – you create your reality. So if you’re choosing a positive mindset good things will magnetise to you and you’ll feel happy and satisfied in life. If you choose a negative mindset you’ll attract bad things to you.

I know it’s weird right, but it’s true. I tested this theory for myself back in 1996. I went on an outback tour in Darwin and before the tour started I decided it was going to be the most miserable and worst tour I’ve been on. I consciously chose to make that thought. It happened. The people on the tour didn’t get along. The tour guide was dreary and negative. The heat and humidity was unbearable. Then, halfway through the tour I, ON PURPOSE, decided it was going to be a great tour. Things changed around instantly. We were swimming in a resort pool. Everyone started getting along. Even the tour guide showed us things we enjoyed.

Coincidence?

Try it for yourself. Start your day ON PURPOSE with a negative thought and see how it goes. On another day start your day ON PURPOSE with a positive thought and see how it goes. Remember, this is only a suggestion for personal development and you’ll take full responsibility what happens during your days.

HINT: You’ve just been given a powerful PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TOOL…

….you should ADD it to your Personal Development Plan, eh.

Of course, you don’t have to try it. It’s your choice.
