When you practice these daily they become easier to do – but it’s important to do at least 5-20 minutes of meditation each day. It’s like learning how to ride a bicycle. If you only try for a short time it’ll take you longer to get the hang of it. If you practice each day you’ll be riding a mile in no time at all.

I greatly value meditation. I use it to relax my body and to gain insights and wisdom from my spirit guides. Yes, after a while of practicing you’ll start to feel at peace and in that peaceful state you’ll gain insights into your daily life.
